1000g water
600g of pumpkin
200g of flour
100 g of sugar
100g of butter
4 eggs
1 packet of dry yeast
Vanilla

Preheat the oven to 190°C

  1. Put water in the Thermomix bowl.
  2. Peel and cut the pumpkin into cubes and place them in the steaming basket.
  3. Close the bowl and cook at 90°C on speed 2 for 15 minutes.
