50g of almond powder
30g of butter
30g of sugar
2 eggs
1 puff pastry
1 apple
1 tablespoon of speculoos cream
1 vanilla bean cinnamon

Peel the apple, then core it and cut it into quarters and put it in the Thermomix bowl.Step 1/16

Cut the dough into 2 rounds of 15cm.Step 2/16
